Five Different Design Teams: Pringle Creek Community is a planned neighborhood with lots of thought given to every detail. We love Opsis Architecture, our planning and design team. They created the beautiful master plan and have set the bar high for every element at Pringle Creek Community, including new homes and old buildings, landscapes and streetscapes, parks and paths.
But Pringle Creek Community is about learning and sharing. In that spirit we have always welcomed folks to use their own design team. Most often a design team is simply the homeowners, their builder and their architect or draftsman. Today there are seven homes at Pringle Creek, four of these are at different stages of construction. Looking at these seven homes we realized that we have already benefited from five different design teams working creatively within the sustainable framework of Pringle Creek.
